Dedicated Event Support Request Form

Please follow these rules for Dedicated Event Support Requests:

  1. Dedicated Event Support is a virtual support ONLY. If you need onsite support please reach out to your Account Manager to discuss.
  2. Submit requests at minimum 2-weeks from the first day of your event
  3. This is a request form, this does not confirm Dedicated Event Support
  4. There is a 2-hour minimum for all requests
  5. Requested hours must be consecutive hours per day
  6. Dedicated Support is $250/hour for 1 support representative*
    *If you would like more than 1 rep please note that on this form

After submitting this form you will receive an email with the details of your request. The next step is for our team to confirm or deny your request, which you will receive via email.

The first introduction to your Dedicated Event Support person(s) will be 7(+) days before the first day of your event. Our team member will directly reach out to the email provided to set up the pre-event call with you and your team.
