Quick FAQWhy do we require this info upfront rather than just letting you sign up and try it yourself right away? Well, at the end of the day, this is a security tool. And so while we're confident in our anti-reverse engineering and encryption measures, we also recognize the value of not opening up our product as a testing ground for bad actors. So by adding some friction for you (ensuring you have a real company with a valid use case), we help ensure that our solution remains as opaque for and effective against attackers as possible. What happens after I submit this form? As we collect interest, we'll start reaching out to get you started with device fingerprinting. We may ask a few more questions about your use case and scale to make sure it's a good fit. For example, if you don't have a lot of traffic/user volume, you may not get enough data for fingerprinting and decisioning to be super useful. Then, we'll work with you to get you feature-flagged and set up fingerprinting on your site. We typically recommend that folks run for 2-3 weeks in 'observation mode' to gather fingerprints and understand their web traffic, then switch to 'decisioning mode' once you better understand the types of automation, bot activity, or account churning you're seeing on your site, and which ones you want to challenge or block vs. allow through. Much more on this soon! How much work is it to integrate? Not much work, it's a JavaScript snippet! You can see the instructions for installation here. The part that requires more thought and consideration is deciding how you want to take action on the insights, based on your personal goals and risk calibration. We're there to help with that, too, but if you're on the fence, we recommend trying out 'observation mode' regardless just to better understand the traffic breakdown on your site and go from there.
