Chloe Morris, CV Life

In September, Chloe started her 'Level 3 Community Sports and Health Officer' apprenticeship at CV Life. Chloe has been nominated for the Aspire Training Solutions 'Apprentice with Promise' award.

"In just three months, Chloe has demonstrated exceptional growth, adaptability, and leadership in their role at Alan Higgs Centre.  Despite being new to the position, she has risen to the challenge of managing a fast-paced leisure centre that regularly hosts high-profile national events."

"With no prior management experience, Chloe quickly established themselves as a capable and effective leader of a young team. She has fostered a positive and productive work environment, motivating her team to deliver a high service. Chloe has had to gain knowledge of health and safety in the leisure industry. Chloe has also worked alongside the Community Development to market and manage our Holiday activity programme. This involves reviewing policies and procedures and introducing new activities to offer a wider range."
