Thanks for taking the initiative to strengthen your transforming influence by signing up here for WOLTI.  Partnering with a trained coach can help you transform your influence for greater success in your personal and professional life. 

I am an International Coach Federation trained executive leadership coach and a passionate encourager of women leaders.  I desire to help you gain the clarity, tools, and confidence as you say goodbye to 2020 and to transform your influence to help you navigate your leadership success in 2021. The 2021 coaching agreement and cohort organization and facilitation fee is $1650 for our sessions spanning January through June. The discounted price is $3000 for those interested in securing a full year's WOLTI participation membership. 

For as little as $250 a month, as a member of WOLTI you will receive: 

• Monthly individualized coaching hour-long sessions where I partner with you through deep and caring listening to ask the challenging questions for your growth steps to clarity and action
• The organization, research, and facilitation of monthly invitational and emotionally safe cohort meetings via a private Zoom video link
• Monthly topical resources you can use in your leadership practice based on the themes you the cohort members discern as most pressing
• Monthly supportive and caring check-in emails 
• Networking possibilities with other women leaders 

I look forward to sharing with you what previous women WOLTI members selected as the learning topics of choice. You, too, will have the chance to weigh in on identifying what challenges are currently most relevant in your leadership role. I will adaptively respond and resource each cohort based on your preferred topics. 

Do you have goals you desire to reach, but just seem unable to reach or  consistently practice? Have you wondered how other women leaders respond to this or that situation? Does being a women in leadership present different challenges for you as compared to your male colleagues? Perhaps it's your time to concentrate on what you discern needs to change in order for you to show up with a greater transforming influence in your sphere of leadership for 2021. If so, I'd love to support your growth as you lead. 

Submission of this form indicates your intent to participate in the 2021 WOLTI Cohort for either the six month fee of $1650 or the twelve month fee of $3000 inclusive of all fees and services. Invoices will be sent from Design Group Int'l with a $800 deposit due by 31 January with the remainder due by 1 April.

Please email me with any questions you may have before joining this opportunity. The dates and time of day we meet virtually will be decided by the majority of cohort members before payment is received. Remember this cohort will be capped in size to allow the small group nature of meaningful interaction.
