Payment Method

We only accept payments by direct debit. Once we have received your account opening form and have checked credit references, we will email you with a direct debit setup form. Only when this process has been completed will your first order be despatched.

By signing this application form the applicant agrees:-

Orders are required no later than 4.00 pm. on a Wednesday for guaranteed delivery the same week.

The minimum order value is £230 to receive free delivery; orders smaller than this will incur a delivery charge of £7.50 excl VAT

Accounts are payable through Direct Debit on or around the 7th, 15th or 28th of each month

Any complaints or shortages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

We reserve the right to close accounts that are not settled within the stated terms, or fall short of the conditions of sale.

Interest of 8% above base rate will automatically be added to all overdue accounts from the due date for payment.

Where a late payment fee occurs, we will pass on all fees to the customer (currently these are 1% of the value of the invoices for the attempted payment plus a further 1% of the value of the invoices for the failed payment)

Consultancy support is offered free of charge to our coffee buying customers. Where new customers are concerned, this support is made available on the understanding that sales of products/equipment will follow. Should this not be the case then Carvetii Coffee Ltd reserves the right to charge for this consultancy time at a rate of £350 per day excl VAT.

Mandatory training is supplied free of charge to all relevant persons working at establishment/s outlined in the Account Opening Form

Key members of staff will be identified in each establishment; we expect that these members of staff ensure that training from Carvetii Coffee Roasters is carried forward within the place of business

The allocated person will be our contact person for any training enhancements and queries.

All mandatory training given by Carvetii Coffee Roasters is for sole use of Carvetii Coffee Roasters products and no other.

Attendance at one of our training sessions is a commitment to serving our coffee for a reasonable time thereafter; failure to do so may result in a charge for training at a rate of £115 per person per day

Retail bags of coffee will not be sold after their suggested shelf life period of two months starting from the ‘Roasted on’ date found at the front of the bag. Beans roasted by Carvetii Coffee and their bags are not to be re-named nor re-branded with any other form of branding or imagery unless approved by Carvetii Coffee Directors.

Carvetii Coffee Roasters reserves the right to terminate this contract should any of the above be violated.

An account will be deemed closed if no purchase is made over any period of three months.
