Thank you for your interest in applying for Communities Building Belonging’s 2025 Circle of Actions, a ten-month learning journey for collaboratives that are looking to develop resident-led, multi-sectoral plans for belonging. The information you share with us through this form is needed to identify you, consider your application for the Circle of Actions, verify the information provided in your application, communicate the outcome of your application, and — if you are successful — to commence the enrolment process.
