Fill in this form each month to get your monthly stipend. You can run up to 5 Clubhouse events per month. You get a stipend payment for each event you hold.
To get your stipend, you must be an approved after school program and have submitted a plan to Boolean Girl. Once you fill in the date and number of attendees at each event we will process your payment. Venmo prefered.
