This Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) Application Form is for the funding period 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025. Your course must be completed within this funding period to be eligible. Please ensure you read this application carefully and complete all sections. This form must be submitted, and eligibility verified prior to training. An employee of an Authority (employees of a Local Councils are acceptable where they are an eligible worker)

Currently enrolled and participating in a school program (excluding a school-based Apprentice or Trainee, registered in QLD, undertaking CSQ approved apprenticeship / trainesship)

Contracted as a trainer and assessor or an existing worker of an RTO

Already funded by an Authority or other such source for delivery of the same training being undertaken as part of the relevant program

Participant seeking a verification of competency
