Community District Assessment Partnership Interest Form

Baltimore Development Corporation (BDC) is excited to launch the Commercial District Assessment (CDA) Initiative, which aims to assess the health of Baltimore City’s commercial districts through a data-driven framework. Data gathered from a variety of key sources will be verified through on-the-ground analysis from partners most connected to the district by conducting two surveys – a windshield survey and a real estate inventory. Ultimately, by better understanding what factors most impact the strength of commercial districts, BDC and other stakeholders can shape future economic development policies, programs, and funding to create a more equitable economy, shaped by local people and places.

BDC is currently looking for community partners interested in joining this pilot effort in their respective districts. Please refer to the Initiative overview for a comprehensive description of expectations.
