If selected, your company will be required to pay the full program fee of C$75,000 (plus applicable taxes) immediately upon acceptance. This is a one-time, upfront payment.

Section 1: Primary Applicant and Team Members

  • Primary Applicant Instructions:

    The primary applicant is responsible for submitting this form and accurately specifying the number of team members who require a Letter of Support (LOS).

  • Who should be the primary applicant?

    Identify the applicant that you consider essential to the business and without whom you would not be willing to invest in or support this business. The primary applicant may already be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and may not require an LOS.

AC will use this primary contact for all communications regarding the status of your program application. Please ensure the name, email, and phone number are accurate.

Members of the Entrepreneur Team

  • List ALL team members who are not Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents and will need a Letter of Support (LOS)
  • If it is ONLY the primary applicant in need of the LOS, please add the information under "Team Member #1"
We issue a maximum of 5 Letters of Support per company
