Your cart data history sync may take one week or longer to complete. Completion time is dependent on the number of orders and contacts in your store as well as other historicals in our queue. We cannot guarantee a specific date/time for completion. Our team will contact you when the sync is initiated, as well as when it is completed.

Important: Downloading historical data from your store requires Unific to ask your store for all the data. Unific cannot be held liable if a self-hosted store (such as Magento 2 and WooCommerce) crashes due to the load.
