To be eligible for our program you must:

Be active, former, or retired Military, Veteran, Reserves, National Guard, Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, Emergency Medical Services, Dispatcher, Corrections, or Federal Agent.
Have adequate living arrangements and a clean, stable environment for a companion dog.
Have no felony convictions, pending criminal charges, parole/probation, the pattern of criminality, child abuse, or animal abuse.
Be financially independent and capable of paying for basic care needs, including food, grooming, and veterinary care.
You do not currently own a dog.
I certify that I am physically capable of walking at least 1.5 miles without resting.
