Just to let you know, U.S. Customs has the authority without prior consent of Ella Holding, Inc. or yourself to unload and inspect any container or any cargo at any time. Should there be any charges incurred, you the shipper will be fully responsible for all those charges. If all U.S. Custom fees must be payable by the customer. Ella Holding, Inc. will furnish you a copy of the invoice of charges, that Ella Holding, Inc. receives. Ella Holding, Inc. does not increase, alter or is responsible for these charges. The consignee will be charged a fee at the destination to cover the cost of notifications, documentation, and vehicle storage if any.

U.S. CUSTOMS IS A GOVERNMENT AGENCY AND DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT WHEN THE INSPECTION OF YOUR CAR WILL BE COMPLETED AND YOUR TITLE RETURNED.

When your title has been stamped “Released for export” it will be received in our office and we will inform you immediately.

XI. INSURANCE

Ella Holding, Inc. acts as a coordination agent and is not responsible for any vehicles or any damage to them during the transit to its final destination. You must understand that if you decline the insurance, you are sending the vehicle at your own risk and you will assume all the responsibility. In the case of an accident during the transfer following existing insurance policies could be used to recover your loss: Fire, theft, collision of your vehicle if any, Insurance policy of the transporter, General Commercial Liability of the Packing Facility, General Ocean Cargo insurance of the vessel, Commercial insurance policy of the port of destination. Ella Holding Inc. does not represent any party nor is anyhow involved in any negotiations between you and an any Insurance Company regarding recovering of any potential loss.

XII. DESTINATION CHARGES

Charges at the Destination Port, Duty Tax, Excise Tax, and VAT are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Please be prepared to pay those charges before the car will be released.
