Upon review of this information, we may contact you for clarifications or to relay suggestions. Once the design is agreed upon, an invoice will be generated and sent to you.
I acknowledge that my invoice(s) must be paid before any design work begins.
Our design fees are non-refundable. Until production begins, other fees can be refunded. After production is finished, refund requests are not accepted.

Response- 3-5 business days
Design (After Payment)- 2-5 business days, depending on communication
Production (After approval)- 2-15 business days, depending on product
Shipping- Dependent on shipping method selected.
Express shipping will not get top priority; designs will be
executed in order of date created/completed.
