If you decide to stop using ExpertConnect, you're welcome to take your public phone numbers number(s) with you. Please complete this form prior to requesting that your ExpertConnect account be closed. We may contact you to verify your identity prior to releasing your phone number(s). In the meantime, please contact your new carrier and let them know you'd like to port a number to them.

We'll provide the required information to complete a Letter of Authorization (LOA) with your new carrier. You can expect to hear back from us within 1-2 business days.
