NZAEE National Executive

Thank you for taking an interest in NZAEE's National Executive.

It is through the guidance of people passionate about environmental education that we can continue to connect and inspire educators, ākonga and communities to learn, collaborate and take action for te taiao.

The National Executive Committee is made up of up to 10 representatives, ideally from a range of geographical locations across Aotearoa New Zealand, with a variety of skills and expertise and representation from Tangata Whenua.

At the AGM on 14 November all nominations will be presented, and voted on if the nominations exceed positions. Nominations may also be called at the meeting.

Nomination Eligibility

All nominees need to either be a member of NZAEE, or have a demonstrated commitment to environmental education. Please indicate which applies.

Nominee is currently a member of NZAEE, and has been for at least a year

Nominee is able to demonstrate experience in and commitment to environmental education

People with the following disqualifying factors are non-eligible for a position on the National Executive Committee: bankrupt, conviction, imprisonment, disqualified director, property order. Full details for each of these factors are provided in NZAEE's Constitution.
