The Process

Please fill out the form provided below. I will take these paid booking requests on a first come first serve basis. Please provide as much information as you can in this form so I can find the best flights for you. I will email you back and let you know if I think what your looking for is possible, usually within 24-48 hours (based on the amount of points you have, dates, number of travelers, etc.) and then we can discuss the next steps.  Upon finding a flight you want to book we can connect on the phone, video call, or Facebook messenger and then I can walk you through the booking process step by step.

Full Transparency
Please be aware that I am just one person. I do all of this myself .My service is just me. No big team or production. I am very responsive, and you are dealing with only me. I do have a full-time job as a firefighter in addition to this, but I balance both jobs very well. I am able to accommodate most searches within 24-48 hours after payment is received.  

Pricing & Overview
I charge $97 up front to begin the search for your award booking. This is based on spending an hour of my time scouring the internet with all my tools to find the flights you are after.  I will email you directions for initial payment. I accept payment via stripe payment link (can use a credit card or apple pay) or with your preferred payment method. After the initial fee I will begin your search and report back to you what I find. The search fee is non refundable and is paid before any research begins. Not all trips will have a good deal that is available to be booked with points. If I find something you want to book I charge $100 per passenger to walk you through the booking step by step for round trip flights. One way flight requests are half of the above prices. This is due before the booking process begins. (This is based on me spending an additional 1-2 hours or sometimes more helping you with any issues, where to transfer the points, how to transfer the points, how many points to transfer, selecting the best seats, miscellaneous questions, etc.) I can also assist with suggestions on positioning flights or any other travel recommendations if needed such as hotels or activities.  After payment we will book the flight together. A majority of these flights bookings I will be saving you from spending hundreds or thousands of dollars out of pocket, or wasting your points on a redemption of lesser value. This is especially true if you are going after those lie flat business class seats!  Normally you are saving much much more than my fees cost you, not to mention saving you hours of your time and the headache! 

Expectations
Lets set realistic expectations.  Business class flights to Europe from the USA typically cost 50k-90k points per person one way. Business class flights to Southeast Asia cost around 90k-100k points per person one way. Award availability can be extremely hard to find. Flexibility in dates and airports is key. The less flexible you are the harder the deals are to find. Business class for 1 person is easy to find. Business class for two people is more difficult. Business class for 3 people or more can be very challenging. Some airlines only release usually 1 or 2 Business class seats that can be booked with points per flight. The best times to book are usually 330-355 days in advance or less than 2 weeks before the trip. Deals can of course be found outside of these parameters, but the more flexible you are the more options you will have. All these prices listed above are usually best case scenario per person one way. Sometimes we may be lucky and get to take advantage of a transfer bonus or special deal. But all depends on the airline program, route, and what points you have. Points and miles deals are not usually Point A to Point B or the most convenient routes. Usually the bigger the airports the more options we will have.

Time Sensitivity
When I find deals for you these deals are very time sensitive. Please stay on top of checking your preferred contact method for your results.  It is your responsibility to reply to emails or messages I send to your contact preference in a timely manner. Award seats can disappear especially when there are only 1 or 2 seats left to book.  Significant delays in communication on your end after I find a deal can cause us to loose the deal. Please be ready to book if a good deal is found. I have had some clients choose to think about a deal overnight, and then the next day the flights were gone. Award seat availability can disappear in a matter of hours.  The search fee is non refundable. Please give as much information as you can about your booking request. Please do not make significant changes to your request after the search has begun. It is very possible that there are not any good deals available for your dates or trip and there are no guarantees that the flights you want will have availability .  Multiple date changes/destination changes after the initial search has already begun will require another search fee of $97.

Some points may take 24-48 hours to transfer. While most are instant, your flights could become unavailable while you wait for your points to transfer. Points Travel Buddy's award booking services ends after the agreed upon flight is booked. Points Travel Buddy does not hold any responsibility if your booking is changed, altered, delayed, cancelled, aircraft changes, downgrades, or any other changes the airline makes. These things can happen. In these situations you need to contact the airline program that the points booking was made with to see your options.
