At this time, we are not accepting outside dataset submissions to the ScPCA Portal. We are not currently offering childhood cancer research grants for submitting data. If you have an existing single-cell dataset you are interested in making available via the portal, please fill out this form to be contacted about future opportunities.ALSF established the Single-cell Pediatric Cancer Atlas (ScPCA) through awards for data generation and to create an atlas of single-cell gene expression profiles of pediatric cancers of different types and from different organ sites. The Childhood Cancer Data Lab, a program of ALSF, launched the ScPCA Portal to make uniformly processed, summarized single-cell and single-nuclei RNA-seq data and de-identified metadata available for download. Please note, for future opportunities, there will be a process for determining if your data meets the necessary requirements to be shared on the portal. View the guidelines for contributing to the portal to learn more about what you can expect. Please contact scpca@ccdatalab.org with any questions.
