KW Healthcare Professionals: Individual Agent Membership

Following your application you will be placed on a 10-day evaluation period where we assess your performance in comparison to our community standards. Be aware that you won't have access to membership resources during this trial. Once your membership is activated, you'll gain access to all materials

This form will complete your application to the KWHealthcare Professionals community.

Community Standards:

Agent's Pay $200/month, $900/6 months, or $1,200/year for KWHealthcareProfessionals Membership
Agent is above $50,000 GCI in the last 12 months; or
If an agent’s GCI is less than $50,000 GCI in the last 12 months AND the agent is on a team, a Rainmaker (as defined by KWRI) can request membership for the agent on their team, as long as the Rainmaker is above $50,000 GCI in the last 12 months
Agent has a minimum of 2 years real estate experience; and

If you have joined KW within the last 12 months or want to ensure we verify your correct GCI, please upload any needed documentation to this form

Upon being accepted into the community, you'll be contacted for payment. Once received you will gain active membership status and access to our member portal following the trial application period. Your initial membership fee will be processed then.

Billing only occurs if you're accepted. Should your application be denied or waitlisted, you won't be billed. Within 10 days, you'll receive an email update from the KWHealthcare Professionals community account regarding your application status.
