Welcome to the Calderia Real Estate & Vanderburgh Sober Living "Submit a Site" form. This form should be used to present a potential site which is or maybe available for purchase or lease. Form submissions are received by our Site Team (site@vanderburghhouse.com), and we try to process submissions within three business days.

This form should be used to submit any of the following:

1. An operating recovery home, for sale (currently, or a planned future sale)
2. A property which could be suited for a recovery home, for sale
3. A property which could be suited for a recovery home, for lease

☑️ Standard Site Criteria:

While suitability can sometimes be a judgment call and open to discussion, the typical criteria we look for include:

• Residential Use: The property must be currently used for residential purposes, or have been used for residential purposes in the past.
• Adequate Size: Properties should offer at least 3,000 sq. ft. to support operational needs.
• Walkable Neighborhood: Proximity to amenities matters. Check your property’s walkability using Walk Score.
