The invoice number for your original order can be found in the subject line of your payment confirmation email from ar@makemusic.com, as well as on the invoice attachment. The format for the invoice number is INV-MMXXXXXXX.

Number of Print Add-ons Needed*

Due to licensing agreements with our publishers, print add-ons must be purchased for a minimum of 20 users. If you have already purchased the minimum of 20 Print add-ons and would like to purchase additional Print add-ons for your platform, please enter a number greater than zero.
