AJT ListServ Join Form 

Welcome to the AJT Member Hub.  We’re excited that you’re here - we all benefit from a healthy, vibrant community, and we value your contributions.

“The AJT Member Hub” refers to the online space found via the AJT website. This also includes in person gatherings and events where Members may be present.

Please read through these guidelines before posting or engaging with other AJT members ; all users are expected to be familiar with them and will be held accountable for following them.

AJT Membership Code of Conduct

We support an open and friendly environment in our Member community. To maintain that environment,  we ask you to be respectful of one another and AJT, act with good intentions, and use good judgment, and assume that others are doing the same. You are responsible for your own actions while participating in this community.

Here are some things to remember in the community:

-Be respectful, friendly, and sincere
-Use appropriate tone and language - be nice, don't use foul or inappropriate language
-Encourage others, especially new Members
-Share what you know
-Ask for help and help others
-Relax and have fun!

Here are some things we do not permit in the community:
1) Do not post or link to information that is deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, libelous, harassing or hateful;
2) Do not post or link to offensive or inappropriate content or content intended to be inflammatory;
3) Do not post or link to content that promotes or encourages illegal activities, sexual services or products, or pornography;
4) Do not post or link to viruses, bots, worms, trojan horses or other malicious software, or utilize the AJT Member Hub to post, link to, generate, distribute or promote any kind of spam;
5) Do not post or link to content that violates anyone’s intellectual property rights (including copyright, patent, trademark, publicity, moral and other property or proprietary rights) or which you do not have the right to post or link to.
6) Do not post or link to content that violates any person’s privacy rights; 
7) Do not post on behalf of other users without their express permission;
8) Do not post or link to confidential information of AJT, its partners, affiliates or vendors or any third party;
9) Do not misrepresent yourself or lie about your identity or affiliation or falsely imply any association or sponsorship by AJT;;
10) Do not solicit community members for any commercial purpose. Do not solicit community members to interact with you outside of the community to obtain support.
11) Do not spam the community with advertisements or self-promotion. AJT Members  may recommend their show, performance, or granting opportunity to other Members or a relevant community discussion where it provides a solution to other users questions, however, you must be explicit about whether it is free or paid and link to your listing.
12) Do not solicit community members for their personal or contact information for any reason. 
13) Do not post or link to content that disparages AJT, its vendors, partners, or affiliates;
14) Do not provide inaccurate answers to questions; if you don't know the answer, it's better not to comment.

We reserve the right to immediately remove any posts that do not conform to our Community Code of Conduct, without warning. We also reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or bar a user who violates these Community Code of Conduct.

Rules of Engagement

AJT is thrilled to provide members with ways to connect with one another . A premium offering of our Membership Benefits includes access to our AJT Listserv, a repository of all members who wish to be contacted to share exciting opportunities, performance, and workshops with one another. In order to maintain a respectful and safe space, we have put together the following rules of engagement. Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate removal of access to the listserv and potentially the forfeiture of AJT Membership..

a) Members are limited to (3) promotional emails to the listserv monthly (30 days);
b) Members may not reach out or target individuals in their outreach;
c) Members may not send promotional material with a “pay for service” wall of engagement;
d) Members must only reach out to those who wish to be contacted from the listserv;
e) Members must follow the AJT Member Code of Conduct in all outreach.

If you feel someone is breaking the rules or you would like to report a misuse of the AJT Listserv, please contact us at admin@alljewishtheatre.org


You must agree to the above Code of Conduct before joining the ListServ. 

If you agree, please sign your name below and provide the email address associated with your AJT membership.

At that time, you will be provided with an invitation link to join the ListServ.
