MAGOWARE Evaluation Questionnaire 

This questionnaire will help us better identify your needs. Should you require additional services not listed on this questionnaire, like encoding, transcoding, CDN, please describe them on the last question.

Application Platforms available for White Labeling to your company brand. Not all features are available on all devices. Please consult the comparison chart to check what features are available on each device (url to website)
2.Do you need User Interface Customization ?
By default we support the User interface as per Magoware applications provided on the respective stores/ accounts. You can choose the same or ask for additional requirements. Note: You can change remotely the background & icons of the application. If changes needed You have to provide the UI design and the UX flow.
3.Do you require DRM Integration ?*
Digital Rights Management is provided by third party services to protect intellectual property and streaming. In case required, we can integrate one of the following providers. Not all DRMs are compatible with all devices.
4.Do you need to integrate a billing system?*
Integration of billing system is considered as custom development and will be evaluated based on the use cases required.
5.Do you need to add a custom language ?
By default we support English, Spanish and Italian Language. If additional language is required please add below. It is required translated files according to a template we provide in order to add a new language to the application.
6.Do you need hosting services ?
All our servers and databases are hosted on Googles Cloud Platform. We can share the account with you so you can monitor the status of the server, database, logs etc. You can download copies of your data or even alter the servers should you require.
7.Do you need assistance with publishing applications on respective stores?
Assistance for technical information required for the applications from the respective stores. Does not include information related to the store account owner like Images, descriptions, names, business model, legal etc.
8.Do you require maintenance and support ?
By default "one year maintenance and support" includes support range Monday to Friday. 09:00 Am-18:00 CET. If YES,  you will receive free feature upgrades and bug fixing during contract duration.
