WAA Remember Award Nomination Form

Remember Award: Given annually to an individual or group who REMEMBERS the fallen and their sacrifice in a way that goes above and beyond. Past recipients' projects include cemetery record keeping and headstone/gravesite care, research with families whose loved ones were laid to rest locally, and projects highlighting those who served and have since passed.
The Remember Award Recipient is chosen by a committee of volunteers led by Executive Staff.
