Please note, only Stormax monitors with serial numbers that begin with 18I, 18J, 18K, 18L, 19 or 20 are required to be sent back for upgrades. All other serial numbers are field upgradeable and should not be sent back to OPIsystems. Please submit only one serial number per form. If your StorMax Monitor already has firmware version 4.14 or higher, there is no need to update your monitor in this program. You can check the firmware version by following this guide.
