Ubiquity Admissions Application Step Two: Document Upload


Please use this form after completing Step 1 to submit your remaining admissions documents  (5 minutes)
 
🔴*PLEASE NOTE: Documents must be uploaded only in PDF file format.*
 
1) CV/Résume (PDF file) Please include any extra-curricular, professional, and life experience you consider integral to representing who you are today. 
 
2) Personal Essay (PDF file) What led you to Ubiquity? What is your understanding of UU's mission? What are your passions and ideas for impact, and how can we help you achieve them? 500 words max. 
 
3) Creative Work (*optional) (PDF file) Any other work you would like us to consider in your holistic admissions review.

4) Academic Transcripts  (PDF file)
  • Bachelors: Please provide a copy of your High School transcript, and transcripts from any additional institutions you may have attended.
  • Masters: Please provide a copy of your Undergraduate transcript.
  • Doctoral: Please provide a copy of your Graduate transcript.
5) If you are an Alumni of a partner program (Inner MBA, Shift Network Certifications, ITI, etc.), please upload your certificate of completion.

 

A special note for Transfer Students: All applicants applying for completion track programs or wishing to apply previous coursework towards their degree are required to have official copies of their transcripts sent directly from their higher educational institution to Ubiquity University. Official copies may be submitted electronically to the Admissions Office 

 
Official transcripts submitted for transfer credit issued in a language other than English are required to have their transcripts translated and evaluated by an evaluation company. Please have your educational institute send your transcripts directly to an evaluation company for a course-by-course evaluation. Ubiquity recommends using SpanTran (https://www.spantran.com/students-and-graduates/), but will accept evaluations from any company you choose.
