LONDON CALLING 2025 REGISTRATION FORM
Dates: 15th - 17th October, 2025

Thank you for your interest in joining the
LONDON CALLING EXECUTIVE MEETINGS 2025.

We are delighted to build upon the success of the 2023 and 2024 LC Executive program, with a new series of exclusive, high-level, round table discussions with UK experts in business, trade, risk analysis, geopolitics and defence from iconic institutions in London, for behind-the-scenes intel with the potential to impact management practices and enhance competitive edge.

The 2025 program is currently under construction but you can expect the same exceptional quality and value as previous years.

The program is fully financed by the participation fee of the delegates and EARLY BIRDS have the additional bonus of being instrumental in shaping the content for the 2025 Executive Meetings Program.

Please note: The submission of your registration is binding.
Participation fee: NOK 30000,-  includes all arranged meetings, travel between meetings and Parliamentary Dinner (does not include cost for flights, accommodation, extra food or drink)

Room options will be marked as Sold Out when no longer available.
Two nights per room (15th and 16th October) are already reserved, but we may be able to extend your stay both before and after the official program of the trade mission if you would have us enquire about the possibility with The Oriental Club. Provide us with the extra dates for which you require extra accommodation.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION:

We’re thrilled that you’re joining our LONDON CALLING: EXECUTIVE MEETINGS 2025 trade mission! Before we meet in London, here are a few important points to keep in mind:

Participation Fee: The participation fee is 30000 NOK per delegate and will be invoiced to the email provided. This fee covers the cost of participation in the program and associated services.

What’s Not Included: While we’ve got you covered during the official program, please note that the following are not included: Flights, Travel to and from airports, Insurances, Travel outside of the program, Accommodation, Food and drink (except for the Parliamentary Dinner).

Payment, Participation and BNCC Membership Commitment: By submitting this registration, the participant acknowledges and agrees to that

- The company/organisation that the participant represents commit to being BNCC members for the following year at the regular Partner membership fee level and in accordance with the "BNCC Articles of Association". 

- The participation fee will be invoiced in advance of the trade mission visit.

- Payment is due in good time before the trade mission program begins.

- Failure to make timely payment may result in exclusion from the program.

- Even if excluded from the program due to non-payment, the financial obligation remains.

- The person registered commits to participating in the trade mission organized by the BNCC on the specified dates. If they are prevented from attending in person, they will do their best to source a replacement of equal or higher relevance, that must be first approved by the BNCC before they can be accepted as a substitute.

- The participation fee is non-refundable.

- In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal the participant will not be entitled to a refund. 

Program Flexibility:

The program may evolve with alterations in speakers and venues up until the very day of execution but rest assured that we are dedicated to providing you with a top quality experience and will do our utmost to consistently deliver the high standard we are known for.

Safety First: Accidents Happen!

Please make sure that your travel insurance is in order. We are not liable for any mishaps during the trade mission.
