Before opting in, we recommend that you check if you have the capacity to self-manage the translation process. This involves uploading documents onto TWB translation platform Kató for translation and re-uploading the documents for revision if need be, as well as performing an internal review of the translation on your end. When submitting your translation requests, you will need to ensure that they fulfil our guidelines and are in suitable editable file types. You can upload files up to 2,000 words and any document larger than this should be submitted in smaller chunks to ensure timely pick-up and delivery. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times, and requests for translation of hard-to-source languages may take a longer time to complete or not be completed at all.*

By Agreeing you consent to the below text:

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, and solely for the purposes of (1) developing, improving and expanding translation technologies such as machine translation, (2) maximizing the distribution of translated content and (3) avoiding duplicate translation efforts, Partner hereby grants to TWB and its other organizational partners (not-for-profit, commercial or otherwise) a revocable, royalty free, fully paid-up, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, distribute, and create Derivative Works of any Data provided in connection with this Agreement (the “License”). For purposes of this Agreement, “Data” shall mean all data and information in any form provided to TWB by Partner in connection with this Agreement, and “Derivative Works” shall mean any data or information in any form created by or for TWB in connection with TWB’s use, modification, combination, calculation, conversion, or manipulation of the Data or any portion thereof.*
