About the Role

📍 Remote (Within US), or In-Office (South Carolina)

As a Sales Manager at CADmore, you will drive our sales strategy and lead our sales team to achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and engineering teams to develop and implement sales plans that meet client needs and expand our market presence. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor sales performance and report on progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
