INFORMATION ABOUT COVID-19 PROCEDURES DURING THE 12TH WOLVES SUMMIT IN WARSAW

We are going to give out masks, gloves, and antibacterial gels to all the conference participants. The team and volunteers will get this, and also visors. We will also be abiding by the Polish Government restrictions to keep the distance of min. 2 m between participants. By the way, the space in Palace of Culture and Science is organized in such a way that it will be possible. We will be doing everything that’s possible to keep our volunteers and participants as much safe as we can.

The legal basis for processing are art. 6 no. 1 let. b of GDPR, so we process your data in order to organize Wolves Summit event and art. 6 no. 1 let f of GDPR, so we process your data for contact you on your request (contact form) and for our marketing purposes. The recipients of your data are entities which process personal data on our behalf as long as it is necessary to provide services to us and only to the extent corresponding to that purpose (e.g. Google – gSuite and Hubspot). Your personal data will be processed for a period of time as follows: a) in case of data processing for the purpose of our legitimate interests - until such legitimate interest exists; b) in case of data processing on for the performance of a contract - until the end of Wolves Summit and for the time necessary to establish, exercise or defence of potential legal claims. We may transfer your data to USA under Privacy Shield Agreement (Google) and Standard Contractual Clauses (Hubspot). You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, removal or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to transfer your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
