As a Mechanical Engineer at CADmore, you will play a crucial role in transforming client concepts into manufacturable designs. You will collaborate with our design and engineering teams to develop and optimize mechanical components and systems. Your expertise will ensure that our designs meet industry standards and client specifications, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems from concept to production.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to ensure designs meet performance and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in reverse engineering projects and create detailed mechanical drawings and CAD models.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • Passionate and Pragmatic: Committed to producing high-quality mechanical designs while balancing efficiency and cost.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with industry standards.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve design challenges effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Communication: Clearly convey technical details and design decisions to team members and clients.
  • Adaptability: Open to learning new tools and techniques as needed.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the 3D design or CAD services industry.
  • Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Interest in continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Experience with real-time collaboration tools and systems.
  • Background in art, history, or social sciences, enriching your design perspective.
