Please note that Alberta does not require that you submit a rules of play to them, however, they do require that you display one on your page. We will still need a copy of your rules of play. You can find information on what is required in your Alberta raffle rules of play at this link, in section 2.1 of the rules: https://aglc.ca/documents/raffle-terms-conditions

If you have made any changes to your raffle since filling in your application form, please tell us about them here.

We must confirm that all the details are the same between your intake form and the license unless disclosed here. Please note, if changes have been made and are not disclosed here, we will need to reach out to you to confirm and this may result in delays to your raffle's launch.

DISCLOSURE: I understand that I am legally obligated to ensure that the raffle I am holding follows all of the details I set out in my raffle application to my provincial licensing body. I have ensured that Trellis is aware of any details not contained in the original intake form by including them above.

I have also ensured that I have provided Trellis with the most up to date Rules of Play that I provided when applying for my license by uploading it above, if I have made any changes.
