Try to use the Netstock/SIA field labels as far as possible so that we don't use the incorrect fields

Filters to apply

What locations or groups can be left out. Remember the extract here should be limited to no more than 10,000 lines or the download via your browser could fail. Please also define the specifics of the filter as the Custom CSV reports do NOT support any form of drop down list at run time. These reports are run overnight.

Give us an idea of how many records you would expect to come through, given the filters above so that we can help ensure it matches what you are looking for.

Custom reports typically incur additional costs. How would you like us to proceed here?

Unless the sign on form has a note on custom reports that were agreed, there could be costs associated with this report. We will keep the costs to a minimum but be as complete with the request as you can so that any later changes you make don't result in extra costs.
