Presenter hereby acknowledges and agrees that he/she/they is/are the owner of this presentation and all materials therein, has secured all rights and permissions necessary for any third party material, and grants to Gamma Technologies (GT) the right to broadcast the presentation on the day of the event in any form without compensation. Presenter hereby also grants to GT the right to display the Presenter’s company logo in conjunction with this presentation, including on marketing materials therefore. In conjunction with the prior representations provided earlier by Presenter, he/she/they grants to GT a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use his/her/their presentation and materials for publication and distribution, including the display of Presenter’s company name and logo for purposes of marketing such presentation.
