Fospha Pro - Onboarding & Account Configuration

Welcome to Fospha! 👏

To get you onboarded to Fospha Analytics, we will require the information and access outlined:

  1. Information on how you report by Market
  2. Access to your Google Analytics account
  3. Access to each of your active Ad Platform accounts
  4. Access to your Ecommerce Platform (Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce)
  5. Breakdown of your KPI Targets
  6. Confirmation of your Fospha Analytics Users

Please follow the simple instructions below and provide the information required so we can get you onboarded to Fospha Analytics! We expect this form to take no more than 15 minutes.

Please provide the email(s) of where should we send detail relating to payments

1. Information on how you report by Market

Please note, in order for Fospha to segment your data by Market, you must meet the following 2 requirements:


1. Must be a minimum of 50 sales/day in each Market
2. Market must be consistently identifiable from your paid advertising campaign names e.g. in Facebook all UK campaigns are prefixed with 'UK_'

 

If you do have Markets that meet the above requirements, select 'Yes' here and answer the additional questions to enable the Multi Market feature in Fospha Analytics. 

2. Google Analytics (UA & GA4)

Fospha will need access to both GA4 and UA access for onboarding. Please complete the below two sections with the relevant information

Start date of clean and accurate data in GA4?*

If the start date of your clean and accurate GA4 data is less than 12 months from today, then please provide the corresponding Universal Analytics IDs that we can use to stitch with your GA4 data to enable 12 months of history:

Please provide us with your ad platform account information and access

This is only required for any channels with active marketing spend in the last 6 months

Google Ads

Please provide the account ID for your Default Market. 

After sharing this, we will send you a connection request which will we need you to accept. This will come from data.connectors@fospha.com.

Meta

If you miss the connection request (which you will receive from Meta, via email), you can also add us a Partner by following the steps here. In this case, please note: our Meta ID is 1363642140420819 and we required the 'View Performance' role.

TikTok

Is the Ad Platform Active - TikTok*

Snapchat

Is the Ad Platform Active - Snapchat*

Microsoft Ads (Bing)

Is the Ad Platform Active - Microsoft Ads (Bing)*

Pinterest

Is the Ad Platform Active - Pinterest*

Rakuten

Is this Ad Platform Active - Rakuten*
To integrate Rakuten data with Fospha you will need to set up a custom report within the Rakuten user interface - the Fospha team will share our Rakuten set up guide with you via email.

AWIN

Is the Ad Platform Active - AWIN*
If yes, log into the AWIN user interface and grant Viewer access to "Publisher Performance" reporting for data.connectors@fospha.com

DV360

Is the Ad Platform Active - DV360*
If yes, log in to DV360:
* Select User management and email preferences > User management from the upper right corner of Display & Video 360.
* Add data.connectors2@fospha.com as a new user with Standard or Admin user access.

Reddit

Is the Ad Platform Active - Reddit*
* If yes, reach out to your Reddit account manager to request that data.connectors@fospha.com is granted API access to your Reddit account
* Note: There is a minimum daily spend requirement that must be met to be provisioned Reddit API access, please speak to your Reddit account manager for more details

Criteo

Is the Ad Platform Active - Criteo*
If yes, you will need to create an App in Criteo - Fospha will share details of the steps required via Email

4. Ecommerce Platform

Please provide us with information on your Ecommerce platform below so we can set up the necessary integrations
This is a requirement for Fospha Analytics.

5. KPI Targets

KPI Definitions: 

CPP - Cost Per Purchase
CAC - Customer Acquisition Cost*
ROAS - Return on Ad Spend

*The reporting of CAC is dependent on completed ecommerce integration

Please provide us with your Overall KPI targets for CPP, CAC and ROAS (for reporting across all Markets)

Overall Blended Target - Inclusive of Sales and Revenue regardless of whether they were generated by Paid or Organic Media

Please note, this is only required for Shopify, Magento or Woo Commerce customers

Paid Media Target - Inclusive of Sales and Revenue generated only by Paid Media activities (i.e. Facebook + Google Ads etc)

Please note, this is only required where Fospha have integrated your ecommerce platform e.g. Shopify, Magento etc.

6. Fospha Analytics Users

Please confirm the details of the members of your team who will need access to Fospha Analytics:
