The transfers need to be finalized manually. We are a very small team, wearing many hats, and it can take us up to 48 hours to get this done, especially as we get closer to the event.While we appreciate that you want to know that the transfer has been done, please ask the new delegate to let you know they've received the confirmation email and their invitation to Brella. If they have not received anything, please contact us again after 48 hours.Note that this form cannot be used during the event to transfer a ticket that has already been used. If you want to split your ticket split in day passes for different team member, email ahead of the event or come see Fabienne at the registration desk.
