This is a form from the BRN Next team to learn more about where youth across the BRN churches in PA/SJ are going following high school. This serves two purposes:

1. We want tp help churches connect their youth to faithful communities as they move to a new season of life.
2. We want to learn about how youth are making decisions on life following high school and find trends. This helps in our study of Generation Z, as well as minister better to our churches in reaching the next generation.
