Broker/Buyer Referral Registration

Effective January 1, 2025 - July 31, 2025

The Granville Realty Agent/Broker Referral Program with local brokers and agents (“Program”) includes the following terms and conditions:

COMPENSATION

Total compensation will be the lesser of: (i) 2%* for any build-to-suit, under construction, or completed home (excluding Granville’s Villas series of homes), and (ii) the amount of compensation set forth in the Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement (or equivalent agreement) between the broker/agent and his/her client(s). A $5,000 Referral Reward will be offered for any home from Granville’s Villas series.

* Referral fee percentage calculated from base price of home (excluding lot premium and/or option selections)

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility in Program participation is reserved for those Agents who pre-register her/his client(s), execute and cause his/her clients to execute this Program, and attend the lot deposit appointment. All offers made through the MLS require the buyer be pre-registered to verify they were not previously working with a Granville sales agent.

In order to pre-register your client(s), you are required to follow these guidelines:

Visit our sales office with your client and complete a guest registration card with your

client’s information.

Accompany your buyer when they make their deposit. If you do not do this, you will not

qualify for the referral fee.

Please note, however, that if your client has previously visited our sales offices or self-tour homes equipped with NterNow locks prior to pre-registering and did not mention your name or company, you will not be eligible for Granville Realty’s Agent/Broker Referral Program. We have an active list of existing (inventory) homes advertised in multiple real estate resources. In lieu of the C.A.R. forms, Granville processes internal paperwork specific to each neighborhood. I acknowledge that the rules of this Program are subject to change and it is my responsibility to learn of any revisions or new programs that Granville may offer. Granville reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time without notice. *Previous clients who purchased homes directly from Granville Homes are excluded from participation due to the relationship already established between Granville and its previous buyers. I would like to be kept up to date through email on new Granville programs & products. To the extent the terms or conditions of this Program are inconsistent or contradict the terms of any Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement (or similar agreement) between the broker or agent and his/her client(s), this Program shall be deemed to supersede such agreement and will be considered an amendment thereto.
