Posters Submission 

The 7th International Comprehensive Cleft Care Workshop invites proposals for poster presentations for its 2025 meeting to be held November 18-21, at the Hilton Cartagena, in Cartagena, Colombia.

Please note that Poster Sessions do not include a virtual presentation option. All presenters must register for and physically attend the conference in Cartagena.

All applicants will receive notification regarding the acceptance of their submissions by September 30, 2025. Poster Submission Guidelines will be shared with accepted applicants to ensure your poster meets all necessary criteria for the Poster Sessions.

Clearly state the Title of your poster.
Your abstract should cover its purpose and relevance to comprehensive cleft care. (Up to 500 words).

Given that posters are primarily a visual and interactive medium, your proposal should describe how your poster will visually convey information and how you plan to engage visitors.
