I acknowledge and agree that the School has been made fully aware of and understands all the Terms and Conditions of the ‘Sistema Recycled Playground Contest’ Promotion.*

The School is fully eligible to participate in the Promotion*

If awarded the Playground, the School is able to accept it on the terms set forth by Sistema® including, but not limited to, the following terms

The School has complied with and will comply with all rules, regulations, and limitations of the Promotion and has not committed fraud or deception in entering the Promotion or claiming the Playground.

The School owns or has a long-term lease for the land where the Playground will be constructed and will obtain any necessary local permits.

The School has a flat plot of land measuring at least 10m x 9m, suitable for installing a playground.

The plot of land will be verified by a third-party manufacturer to ensure it is safe, free of hazards, and suitable for playground installation.

The School has children in the age range of 4-11 years old.

The School understands it is responsible for all taxes associated with the prize.

The School understands that if it cannot accept the Playground within sixty (60) days of notification, the Playground may be forfeited and awarded to the next winner.

The School grants permission, where legal, for the use of its name, city, county, and/or photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation.

The School understands it will be solely responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Playground and agrees to the following:

- Waive and release any rights and claims against TerraCycle Inc. and/or Sponsor and their affiliates.
- Accept all responsibility and liability for the use and maintenance of the Playground.
- Defend and indemnify the Released and Indemnified Parties from any claims arising from the use and maintenance of the Playground.

By executing below, I indicate my acceptance and approval of the terms and conditions set forth on behalf of the School.
