OGN is the 'younger sibling' to the Operators Guild - the preeminent operator community for high-growth company builders. Collectively, both groups will work together to share best practices, hire talent, help solve problems, and invest in the operator community.

🙋Am I a fit for OG Next?
OG Next is a good fit for Operators with ~2-7 years of experience under the following general “umbrellas”: Finance, Operations, Special Ops (Rev Ops, Chief of Staff, Strategy, Biz Ops); and other operating roles that do NOT fit in product, engineering, sales and marketing. If you are a more senior operator (Director and above) that leads a team or function, please apply at Operators Guild.
