Terms and Conditions:

1.Both current and former tenants can participate in the campaign.
2.Referred friends must not have previously interacted with a Dash Leasing agent, or they will not be considered new customers.
3.Corporate bookings are not eligible for this campaign.
4.The referrer's gift card will be issued once the referred friend signs the contract and moves in. If the referred friend does not stay for the required duration, a corresponding amount will be deducted from the security deposit upon move-out.
5.A tenant can refer multiple new friends; there is no limit.
