ECCP: The Environment at Geneva Peace Week: Takeaways and Future Directions

Please fill out the below form to indicate your interest in attending an online meeting of reflection on the Geneva Peace Week 2023. So often we attend conferences, find new ideas, and then leave without a concrete place or time to plug them in.

This year after Geneva Peace Week, the Environmental Peacebuilding Association and the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform-led Community of Practice on Environment, Climate, Conflict, and Peace will host an online reflection space to consider (1) lessons from GPW, (2) the status of the environment on the international peacebuilding agenda, and (3) how we can better leverage takeaways for meaningful outcomes.

Jesse, our facilitator, will guide us through an arts-based reflexive practice. Attendees will creatively contemplate a topic discussed during Geneva Peace Week that they felt was meaningful and would like to explore in greater depth. A visual reflection will help unlock the creativity in all of us, serving to launch interactive discussion about the Week and how it can impact our practice.
