This program entails six to ten hours a day outdoors on Kripalu grounds, in the woods, fields, and near by bodies of water and other kinds of terrain in a variety of weather conditions. (Please note that in the case of rain this training will still be held outdoors unless the conditions become unsafe.) Please share honestly your level of comfort being outside to this extent over the course of a nine day training.*
