Our goal is to bring diverse communities together around shared challenges and opportunities within our state, fostering collaboration and driving progress where no single person or sector could succeed alone. Central to our mission is the belief that leadership is an inclusive activity, accessible to all Coloradans.

By engaging and activating HEART-Level Leadership™ across the non-profit, public, and private sectors, we champion a collective approach to leadership, emphasizing the importance of working together to achieve true progress.

With our CiviCO Community Membership you will enjoy:

Free member ReThink Purpose Hour events centered around thought leadership topics, cross-sector community building, and expanding your knowledge throughout the year
Discounts on ticketed events
Access to a community of likeminded peers who aim to advance the common good and enhance our entire state.

Membership Fee: $300 Annually + plus $75 one-time new member fee

(Additional CiviCO programs available through separate application process and require additional fees)
