Up!Rotterdam is a non-profit with the aim to boost the Rotterdam startup/scale-up ecosystem. This Careers Page is one of our initiatives to lower the barrier for talent to find a scale-up job. At the same time, we gather insights on the number of vacancies in the scale-up ecosystem this way. This is not a commercial platform, we only showcase jobs that are being listed on individual careers pages anyway.


Unfortunately, we cannot show every single scale-up. Our focus is on companies that have proven traction already. That's why we've set this list of criteria for eligibility.

Who is eligible? In order to qualify to be listed on the job board, your scale-up must meet all of the following criteria.

✔️ HQ in the Greater Rotterdam region

✔️ Founded after 2005

✔️ Private, standalone company

✔️ At least 10 and no more than 1000 employees

✔️ Building innovative product or tech, with a scalable business model

✔️ Have your own active careers page


⚠️ If you are not a scale-up (i.e. IT firm, agency, service provider, VC fund, corporation, studio, publicly-traded company etc), we won't be able to approve your application.
