Ballpark Tours at Truist Field

The Charlotte Knights offer behind-the-scenes tours of Truist Field for 10 or more guests.

DATES: Tuesdays and Thursdays (Non-game days only. Please see schedule below for reference.)
TIMES: 9:30-10:30 am and 10:30-11:30 am

COST: $10 donation to Charlotte Knights Charities per person (all ages), additional $50 per tour for a Homer Appearance (pending availability)

ITINERARY: Tours include the concourse, suite level and hospitality spaces, production room, clubhouse level, and dugout. We will not be going on the field at any point.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS: Groups of more than 30 will be split between multiple tour guides. 9:30/10:30 am time slots are for when the tour starts, not when you should arrive. Any group late by 15 minutes or more will be cancelled and will not be refunded. Your donation can be refunded if your tour is cancelled a minimum of 1 week in advance. Tour routes and availability are subject to change based on ballpark events, staffing, weather, etc. Your donation will not be refunded if your tour is cut short by unforeseeable circumstances.
