As of August 31, 2023, business text messages from unregistered 10DLC numbers are being blocked by all mobile carriers. In order to be registered, your business must have a published SMS privacy policy on your main website. If you do not have a privacy policy, you can find a template privacy policy here. 

 

NOTE THAT ANY BUSINESS WITHOUT A PUBLISHED PRIVACY POLICY WILL FAIL TO BE REGISTERED AND DELIVERY OF YOUR MESSAGES WILL BE BLOCKED.
