Warranty Form

This warranty form applies to all Goal Zero purchases made directly though the goalzero.co.nz website, if you have purchased your Goal Zero product through a New Zealand retailer you will need return it to the store or a sister store**.

** When returning your faulty product to store please ensure you provide a proof of purchase and return all accessories that came with this item.

Please use this form BEFORE returning any items. This will provide you with an RA number that MUST be included when you send anything back to us. By doing so you will fast-track your claim and have a resolution much quicker.
