All vendors must agree to and comply with the following terms and conditions. Vendors that do not comply with the following will be asked to leave.

Set-Up: Spaces are 10" x 10". Vendors must arrive 2.5 hours before the event(s) for booth set-up. Vendors are to supply their own display equipment (tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.) Vendors are responsible for their own trash.
Electricity: For the protection of your equipment, surge protection is encouraged. Extension cords must be heavy duty (14-gauge min.) and rated for outdoor use. All extension cords and other electrical cords must be in good working order (i.e., no fraying, no cracked insulation, etc.) Cords that cross streets and sidewalks should be covered. Generators are prohibited.
Food Vendors: All food vendors should be aware of the guidelines set forth by the Tennessee Department of Health. Compliance of these requirements is the responsibility of each food vendor. No food or drink giveaways.
NO SILLY STRING, INCINDIARIES, SMOKE OR STINK BOMBS, HAIR SPRAY, OR PAINT SPRAY OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED.
